How are you doing with your current goals? I love goals and work on setting them for the year, month, and week. I like to write them down, review them often, and revise when needed. Goals can be set in every area of your life. Whether it's business, health, strength, weight, marriage, friendships, finances, travel....the possibilities are endless.
Recently, as I reviewed the calendar for the remainder of 2019, I started to freak out a little. I got down on myself for not reaching some of the goals I had set in January. Then I realized that I need to snap myself out of that mindframe, and quickly! If I don't accomplish a goal by December 31, 2019 does that mean it will never happen? Of course not! It just means I need to reflect on my progress so far, reassess, make some tweaks, and continue to go after that end result. I am not going to give up, I will continue to work toward those objectives for the rest of this wonderful year. This can be a busy time for people and the simple thing to do would be to just toss that focus aside and regroup in January. But don't give up! We have 31 days to continue to work on ourselves.
It's time to start thinking about what my resolutions and purpose of 2020 will be. Stay tuned for what I am aiming for in the upcoming year.
