Clean Health & Beauty

Seven years ago after gaining too much weight in a short period of time, I realized my diet needed a serious overhaul. With the assistance of my sister in law, my husband and I both started following a Paleo diet. We saw amazing results, along with many non-scale victories. Over the years we adopted a clean eating lifestyle and have done several Whole30s - 30 days of new, healthy habits.  Of course we don't eat clean 100% of the time, it's all about balance. But I do think our overall health, both physical and mental, has benefited from making changes in our eating habits and what we are putting into and onto our bodies.

Last Fall, inspired by a friend, I decided that since I've cleaned up my diet and educated myself about clean eating, it was time to look into cleaning up my health and beauty routine.  I started off using Crunchi facial soap and moisturizers. After I fell in love with those products, I decided to gradually work on trying out new clean, toxin free products and free myself of harmful chemicals. I experimented with different make up, lotions, sunscreens, deodorants, shampoo, and more. It's been fun educating myself and trying out new products. Shop Crunchi here

Recently, another friend excitedly told me all about her new business venture. She shared her on line shop with me, Everley. They sell clean, green, toxin free health/beauty/fashion items, while giving back to the community.

When I first started transitioning to toxin free products, it was very confusing. There is so much on the market, how would I know which ones would be best and which ones actually work? The best thing about Everley, is that all the products are researched and tried out for you. Everley showcases products that are used and loved by the founder and her employees and friends. All the guesswork is taken out!   Products are purchased from companies who give back in some way, so when you purchase from Everley you are helping support some wonderful causes.
